Refund Policy

1. Service Completion Guarantee

At AUTOTUNE RADIO SERVICES, we stand behind our work. We commit to completing all agreed-upon services to your satisfaction. If you are unsatisfied with any work performed, please contact us within 30 days of service completion.

2. Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a refund or service re-do in the following situations:

• Work was not completed as agreed
• Service did not resolve the described issue directly caused by our work
• Equipment damage resulted from our negligence during service
• We failed to meet agreed-upon service dates without prior notice

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund or service correction:

• Contact us within 30 days of service completion
• Provide details about the issue or dissatisfaction
• Include photos or documentation if applicable
• Describe the steps you've taken to resolve the issue

We will review your claim and respond within 5 business days.

4. Service Re-Do vs. Refund

In most cases, we prefer to correct the issue through additional service at no charge rather than issue a refund. If the problem cannot be resolved through re-service, or if you prefer a refund, we will issue one to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Services

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Diagnosis or troubleshooting services (unless no issue was found)
• Work completed as requested but with which you are simply unsatisfied
• Damage to equipment caused by customer misuse after service
• Services cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment

6. Equipment Damage Claims

If equipment is damaged during our service due to our negligence, we will work with you to repair or replace it. We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues unrelated to our work. Customers should inspect equipment upon pickup and report any damage immediately.

7. Third-Party Equipment

If you have warranty coverage through a manufacturer or insurance provider, you may be eligible for benefits through those channels. We can assist you in filing claims when appropriate.

8. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment processor to process the refund.

9. Warranty on Parts & Labor

All parts installed by AUTOTUNE RADIO SERVICES come with a 30-day warranty covering defects. Labor is also warrantied for 30 days. If issues arise within this period due to our work, we will address them at no charge.
