By requesting services from AUTOTUNE RADIO SERVICES, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include radio repair, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting for vehicles, homes, commercial environments, marine vessels, and mobile devices.
2. Service Request Process
Customers submit service requests through our contact form or by phone. You must provide accurate contact information and a detailed description of your issue. We will contact you to confirm details and provide a quote before proceeding with work.
3. Pricing & Quotes
All quotes are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary depending on the actual condition of equipment and scope of work required. We will contact you before proceeding with any work that exceeds the quoted price.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due after service approval or upon completion of work. We accept Stripe, PayPal, and Square for secure, convenient payments. Payment must be completed before equipment is released.
5. Service Warranty
AUTOTUNE RADIO SERVICES warrants that all work performed will be completed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If issues arise directly related to our work within 30 days of service completion, we will address them at no additional cost.
6. Liability Limitations
AUTOTUNE RADIO SERVICES is not responsible for data loss, software corruption, or indirect damages resulting from equipment service or installation. We exercise reasonable care to protect customer equipment, but we are not liable for damage that occurs outside our control.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate information about their equipment and issues. You must authorize service before work begins. By providing equipment for service, you warrant that you have the right to do so.
8. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Customers may cancel or reschedule services with at least 24 hours notice at no charge. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur a service fee.
9. Modifications to Terms
AUTOTUNE RADIO SERVICES reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
